You
must bring the following with you to the tournament for check in prior to your
first game:
*Travel
Permit for teams outside ND
*USA
Hockey/Provincial roster signed by all players and coaches approved by USA
Hockey/Provincial (needs to be signed or stamped by registrar)
*Consent
to treat form - USA teams only.
*USA
Hockey Coaches CEP card number and level with expiration date (USA Hockey Teams
Only)
*If
you use stickers for your score sheets your coaches must sign the score sheet prior
to the start of the game
*If
you have a player or coach that is not on your official roster that is signed
and stamped they will not be allowed to participate. Please make sure your team has all the above items

book only the number of Hotel rooms needed for your team.
*$300 Gate admission will be charged
