A perfect mix of a faster paced Yoga, Pilates, and a little bit of Zumba!
A professional trainer from A.S.K., Kassi Rivera, is teaching a class specifically designed for skaters. The class will consist of a faster-paced yoga mixed with Pilates and a little bit of Zumba. It will focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and developing mind/body awareness. This class is recommended for older skaters. Kassi received her bachelorís degree in Corporate Fitness from Minot State University and has had a great success rate with the clients she trains!
